My Uncle Eddie’s Egg Nog
This is really, really good. If you enjoy alcoholic beverages, you will want to try this!
I was named after my Uncle Eddie, my mom’s brother. Uncle Eddie worked as a bartender and his Egg Nog became a tradition of the Picardi family as far back as I can remember. It is fantastic around the holidays. Since my mom was half Italian and half Irish I am not sure if this is really an Italian recipe. It really doesn’t matter. This tastes so good we wanted to share it with you.
You will need: Eggs, sugar, Half&Half, milk, clear rum and whiskey.
A blender makes it easy.
